Sealed Job File
A job file is kept shut unless someone has a reason to open it. This page lists who has a reason.
What goes in the file
- Account basics: email, a hashed password, the name on the work order, birth date, a gender field and whatever you write on your van key page.
- Your tickets, and the short notes each tradeswoman keeps about you.
- Two cookies: one for your session, one noting that you flipped the latch.
- Payment entries (amount and transfer reference). Cards are not taken, so there is no card number to leak.
- Ordinary server logs, wiped after a short time.
What the file is for
Running the chat, enforcing the site rules and keeping the workshop open. Messages pass to a language model that we host, or to a vendor under matching limits, while automated screens scan them for safety. Tickets are not sold and no advertiser sees one.
Counting footfall
A plain visit counter tallies arrivals and their countries. It cannot open a ticket.
Your controls
Inside a ticket's menu you can rewrite her notes, export the chat or wipe it. To remove the account and its whole file, mail dispatch from the email you registered with. If your local law grants more rights, say so and we will comply.
